Jeffrey Sural is the CEO of Sural Consulting, with over 25 years of experience designing, funding, and executing large-scale public initiatives across federal and state government. His background includes senior roles at the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he co-led state engagement for the $10 billion Capital Projects Fund. He also served as Broadband Infrastructure Office Director for the State of North Carolina.
